SNOWvivor: The Format

Twelve players are randomly drawn into two "Tribes" of six before the start of the event. Tribal designations will be used to determine early round match-ups, and early eliminations will be executed per tribe.

Round One - 8-Ball Doubles

Each tribe of six is split into three pairs. These pairs are matched against each of two pairs from the opposing tribe in two separate "Best-of-3" sets of standard 8-ball doubles. Points are earned per victory and for each 8-ball pocketed. Points are deducted from any player who scratches on the 8-ball.

Round Two - 8-Ball Singles

Individual tribe members now face each of the two opposing tribe members whom they did not play against in Round One. Each match-up will feature a single game of 8-ball singles, with points awarded not only for a victory, but also for each of the opponent's balls remaining on the table.

>> Tribal Council #1 <<

Each tribe will "vote out" its member with the lowest point tally from the first two rounds. The remaining 5 tribe members will meet to decide their playing order for Round Three.

Round Three - 9-Ball Singles

Based on the playing order decided at Tribal Council, each member will face a single opponent in a "Race-to-4" match of 9-Ball Singles. Points will be earned by the winner of each match based on the final score. (ie. a 4-0 win earns full points)
